School development plan 2026 - 2027

At Lamberhurst St Mary’s, we are always striving to move our school forward and build on the strengths we already have. Our School Development Plan sets out the key priorities we are focusing on this year to continue improving the quality of education, opportunities and experiences we provide for every child.

Children are at the heart of our decision-making. Through pupil voice and our Pupil Governors, children are encouraged to share their views, identify areas they feel could be improved and help shape the development of their school.

We also recognise the important role our wider school community plays in this process. The views and experiences of parents, carers, staff, governors and our wider community help us to reflect on what we do well and where we can continue to grow.

Our priorities for 2026–27, shown below, provide a clear focus for our ongoing school improvement work and reflect our commitment to ensuring that every child can flourish and reach their full potential, learning for life in the love of God.
