School Uniform
At Lamberhurst St Mary’s Church of England (V.C.) Primary School we are very proud of our school uniform.
We feel that school uniform is important since it helps to create a united spirit as well as giving a sense of belonging to the children.
Please ensure that all items of clothing are labelled clearly with your child’s name, using ‘sew on/stick on’ labels which can be ordered online.
School uniform items are available from our Uniform Supplier 'Wadhurst Classroom Clothing' where Denise Annan will help you with all your uniform requirements. Telephone orders can be taken and items delivered to school free of charge by arrangement with Denise.
Most uniform items can also be purchased at any high street retailer if preferred.
The only compulsory design items of uniform that we request parents provide are the school back pack and a school jumper/cardigan with the school logo on.
Our PTA runs a ‘Pop Up’ 2nd Hand Uniform shop and holds regular ‘Table Top’ sales at the school gate. Clean, good quality uniform can be purchased for as little as £1. The PTA can be contacted at any time by email: lamberhurstpta@gmail.com

Additional Uniform Rules
- Children should not attend school with any extremes of hairstyle or excessive gel in their hair.
- The only jewellery which is acceptable are small plain stud earrings and medic-alert necklaces.
- Watches must be removed for P.E.
- Earrings may not be worn for P.E/Sports clubs and cannot be covered with tape. Please have new piercings carried out during the summer break.
- Make up, tattoos and nail varnish are not permitted
